Project Overview
Granite, formed through long periods of natural refinement, is a highly sought-after mineral. It is hard, corrosion-resistant, fire-resistant, and environmentally friendly, making it highly sought-after in many fields. Shanghai Joyal designed a 350-ton-per-hour granite sand production line for this client from the Philippines.
Production Process
Granite is evenly fed by a vibrating feeder to a jaw crusher for coarse crushing. The crushed material is then fed to a cone crusher for secondary crushing. The crushed material is then conveyed by a belt conveyor to a vibrating screen for screening. Gravel that meets the feed particle size of the sand making machine is fed to the sand making machine for sand making. Any that does not meet the requirements is returned to the cone crusher for re-crushing. The material exiting the sand making machine is returned to the vibrating screen for re-screening. The sand that meets the requirements is then washed in a sand washing machine and conveyed to the finished product conveyor belt. Any sand and gravel mixture that does not meet the requirements is fed to the sand making machine for secondary crushing. Various configurations are available to meet user needs.
