Spiral sand washing machine uses materials with different particle sizes and densities to have different sedimentation speeds in the fluid. The particles with fine particle size and small density have a slow sedimentation speed, while the particles with large particle size and large density have a fast sedimentation speed. The impurities are separated from the sand. And under the uniform agitation of the spirals, the purpose of filtering water and impurities and improving transportation is achieved. Structural characteristics of spiral sand washing machine The spiral sand washing machine is mainly composed of a tank, a reducer, a motor, a central shaft, a spiral blade, and a bracket. The bracket is welded on the central shaft, and the screw blades are installed and compressed with bolts to prevent the blades from sagging and deforming. A sedimentation tank is formed at the lower part of the inclined water tank. The screw head is submerged in the sedimentation tank. The screw is driven to rotate by the motor through a reducer. The cleaning water is fed from the bottom of the sedimentation tank to complete the three functions of cleaning, dehydration and classification. Application of Spiral Sand Washer Spiral sand washer is used for desliming and screening operations of large amounts of sand and gravel used in construction sites, sand and gravel plants, prefabricated plants and hydropower sites, and can also be used for ore separation operations. It is suitable for construction sand and gravel for road construction.  

The spiral sand washer equipment should be carefully checked after the user receives the goods. In order to find and eliminate the problems that may be caused during transportation in time, attention should be paid to the machine during installation, adjustment and operation. Due to the large torsion of the machine, it is recommended to install the machine on a concrete foundation with embedded weldments on the foundation. During installation, the depth and area of ​​the foundation are calculated separately according to the soil conditions. It is recommended that the foundation weight be roughly 3 times the weight of the machine. After the installation is in place, check whether the gears of the reducer are shifted, whether the gap between the water tank and the large bucket is consistent, and fix the machine on the foundation after adjustment. Lubricating oil should be added to adjust the height of the oil level, generally 50% below the shaft center is appropriate. After the machine is installed and adjusted properly, perform a test run. The no-load test run should reach continuous operation for 2 hours. All solid parts should be firm and free of looseness; the reducer and gear box should have no abnormal noise. In addition to the no-load test run requirements, the load test run should also meet the requirements of feeding materials without strong impact on the water tank, partial load feeding and full water tanks are not allowed to avoid damage to the bucket and machine body. The maximum feed rate must meet the design regulations. Other precautions for the spiral sand washer :
1. Before work, all operating parts are filled with oil for maintenance, and the mechanical transmission parts are ensured to be firmly connected.
2. Ensure that the electrical wiring is not loose, all electrical appliances must be grounded reliably, and the cable connection parts must be insulated.
3. For your personal safety, please connect the grounding cable before using the machine.
4. It is forbidden to operate and maintain the operation parts. 5. It is strictly forbidden to stand at the bottom of the suspension rod.
