Maintenance and repair of sand washing machine

Time: 2021-06-04

Joyal sand washing machine factory believes that it can be divided into three steps to repair and maintain the sand washing machine.
When the motor of the sand washer breaks down, the stator and rotor cores must be inspected first. After the stator and rotor cores are inspected, the bearings will be inspected.
1. Fault inspection, mainly through inspection during operation: When the rolling bearing is lack of oil, you will hear the sound of "Bone Lugulu"; if you hear the discontinuous "stemming" sound, it may be that the bearing steel ring is broken. When the bearing is mixed with debris such as sand, or the bearing parts are slightly worn, a slight noise will be generated.

2. Check after disassembly: First check whether the bearing rolling elements, inner and outer steel rings are damaged, rusted, scars, etc., then pinch the inner ring of the bearing with your hand, and make the bearing level, and push the outer rigid ring with the other hand. If the bearing is good, the outer steel ring should rotate smoothly, there is no vibration and obvious blocking phenomenon during rotation, and the outer steel ring should not regress after stopping. Otherwise, the bearing can no longer be used. Hold the outer ring with your left hand, pinch the inner steel ring with your right hand, and push hard in all directions. If you feel loose when pushing, it means serious wear.
If a bearing failure is detected, how can it be repaired?
3, that is, the shaft fault inspection and repair
1) If the shaft is bent, it can be repaired by polishing the journal and slip ring; if the bending exceeds 0.2mm, the shaft can be placed under the press, and the bend can be corrected under pressure, and the corrected shaft surface can be used The lathe is cut and polished; if the bend is too large, a new shaft needs to be replaced.
2) The journal wear can be plated with a layer of chromium on the journal, and then ground to the required size; when there is a lot of wear, it can be surfacing on the journal, and then cut and polished on the lathe; if the journal wears too much , Also turning 2-3mm on the journal, then turning a sleeve, putting it on the journal while it is hot, and turning to the required size.
